Fluent Emoji is Microsoft's emoji set, built to its Fluent design language. pickemoji uses its flat colour style. It ships no country or subdivision flags at all — not a resolver gap on this site's part, the set genuinely does not draw them.

3145 of 3963 emoji (79.4%) Fluent draws none of the 262 country and subdivision flags (262 missing; it does draw the 8 generic flags like the chequered and pirate flags) and none of the 337 family-group combination emoji (337 missing). Together those two gaps account for most of the 818-emoji shortfall; the rest is scattered across skin-tone and gender variants of hand and activity emoji. This is a genuine gap in the set itself, not a lookup failure on this site's part.
