An emoji is text. U+1F355 is a codepoint; the slice of pizza you see is
a drawing that came from a font on this device. Different vendors draw the same codepoint
differently, which is why a message can arrive looking unlike the way it was sent.
What this page can and cannot show you
Each row below asks your browser for one emoji font by name. If you have that font, you see it. If you do not, your browser silently falls back to the one it already uses — so the row looks filled in either way. Identical rows are the expected result on most devices, not a bug. Nothing here can show you another platform's artwork: this site ships no emoji font, and a page that claimed otherwise would be showing you your own device twice. The drawings on the rest of the site are a different thing entirely — five open-licence artwork sets bundled here and served to everyone alike, not anybody's platform font. Every emoji page shows all five of them.

Why the same character looks different
Unicode standardises the codepoint and the name, not the picture. Every vendor draws its own set to its own house style, and ships it as a font with its operating system — which is also why a brand-new emoji shows as an empty box until the device you are reading on gets a font update, months after Unicode publishes it.
The open-licensed artwork sets this site documents are a separate thing again: those are SVG collections, not system fonts, and each carries its own licence. Their terms are on the licences page.
