The Unicode standard lists No mobile phones as a warning symbol within the symbols group. It carries a broad set of 9 CLDR keywords, among them cell, forbidden, mobile, and no, reflecting how often and how variously it gets used. CLDR, GitHub, and Slack all use the same shortcode for it: :no_mobile_phones:. Version 1.0 of the Unicode Emoji specification introduced it.
