The Unicode standard lists Cloud as a sky or weather symbol within the travel and places group. CLDR tags it with the keyword weather. CLDR, GitHub, and Slack all lack a shortcode entry for it, leaving an emoji picker or the character itself as the way in. It has been part of the standard since version 0.6.
